Good Morning All,
We have been so bus these last several weeks and I have slacked on my blogging. My last blog titled semi-job needs the first update. It is no longer a semi-job but is now a full time afternoon position with six one year olds. I absolutely love the job, my kids are such sweeties. Both girls have been sick this past week, and Annabelle woke up last night with a fever yet again. Yesterday was family day, we visited Highlands Hammock for a little trail hiking and them went to the new YMCA pool for a cool off. Once we got home a friend of mine and I got out the slip and slide for ourselves and the kids. Apparently I didn't remember that they are a little unsafe because I now have a possible broken nose, and a bruised foot as well. I was pushing crislen down by her feet and then I had her turn around to push her fanny, well the back of her head slammed right into the bridge of my nose with great force. As far as my foot goes I am clueless. Unfortunately we are not going to make it to church this morning because of the baby's fever, so we are going to spend our day resting and recuperating.

Semi Job
So I started a semi job today at Crislen's daycare as a substitute teacher. Today I trained in the 1 year old room. They were so sweet, one of the little girls was so upset that I was their though. She was not having the whole new teacher thing. Annabelle was so good in the nursery. They said she was an absolute delight. I also managed to hide from Crislen until right at the end. When we got home Crislen made some lovely art work for the front of my fridge. She also made her own eggs for dinner, with my supervision. Annabelle attempted a new flavor a dinner that didn't go over to well, maybe tomorrow.

I am so proud
I am so proud of myself, I am going to bed tonight with a completely clean kitchen and living room. I know it may be wrong to be so happy with myself but I have been struggling to get these two rooms clean for several days and things just kept coming up to stop the progress. Tomorrow I will tackle my bedroom, bath and the dreaded playroom. Wish me luck, because I will need it.
Crislen is learning her new dance routine and I have to say the moves they are teaching them are to cute. Today she showed us the "shake the blanket, now put it down" move. We were laughing so hard. Oh, I finally got my camera out of my husbands truck so more pics to come.

Weekend Update
We had a very relaxed weekend here at home just trying to spend time together. Saturday night we went to see a some friends of ours and their new addition, a baby boy. He was so tiny and so little man cute. He made Annabelle seem so big. Today we tried out the late service at Church, I think I still prefer the 10am service. Afterwards we took the kids to Wendy's for lunch, Crislen's choice, and then home for naps. After a very short attempt at naps we went to the park until it was time for Payton to go to his moms. Then it was a quick trip to Walmart for pick your own dinner night. We are now getting Crislen ready for bed and we are going to enjoy watching a movie together, alone!
